I recently wrote about my newly discovered love for Boom cards. Boom Cards are self-checking, digital task cards that can be played at home or at school. Teachers can monitor each student’s progress while students play highly engaging learning games!

What are Mystery Pictures?

Mystery Pictures are digital task cards that allow students to become detectives and solve math problems.

These games will keep students guessing what the mystery pictures will be as well as review math concepts.

Every game has three mystery pictures with nine questions each for a total of 27 questions.

After the user solves all three mystery pictures, they will receive a digital badge and a certificate so they can become a detective!

First, meet your detective!

Each game starts with a letter from a detective asking for help. Students can read the letter or listen to it.

Then, Read or listen to the directions

Every game comes with audio directions that are read to them by the detective!

Next, solve the questions to reveal the mystery picture

This is where it gets fun. Students answer each question to reveal a mystery picture. Every game is self-checking, so students will know if they got the right answer. If their answer is incorrect, they can select a different answer.
